      Your honest feedback is great to hear. We work hard to create a work environment that is positive, with regular and meaningful dialogue about our work and your contributions to what we do. We also pride ourselves on fostering a fun, relaxed environment; although we missed some of that in 2020 with most of our staff working remotely, we believe our mangers did a great job keeping teams engaged. You are right that CHA is growing, both organically and through acquisition. We will be diligent with our strategy to ensure our growth is focused in the right places, helping to ensure we are even more prepared as it happens.

We believe these qualities are critical in creating a culture where our team members feel valued, respected, and inspired. We are also so glad to know you found your CHA managers and peers helpful. We are very proud of our onboarding experience where we help those new to the organization form relationships with their colleagues. Although there is always more work to do, your comment lets us know we are on the right track.

      Path of professional development can be unclear and sometimes being part of a large company can create a lot of hoops, but those are pretty much my only complaints
