      Confusing direction from multiple layers of management Claim they hire from within but for me that hasn’t happened

      Thank you for your note - I am sorry to see that there are some challenges in your role. We take pride in ensuring internal staff have opportunities to explore and be considered for roles that match up well with their skills and abilities. Last year alone we filled almost 10% of our open requisitions with internal candidates and that does not include the individuals who were promoted as a part of their normal career progression.       Long hours. Many satellite offices resulted in poor company structure.

      Thank you for your note. We are sorry that you have left the organization but wish you the best. We do think we have some really interesting projects and some exceptional talent at CHA. That said, we do understand that from time to time, the workload can be challenging. Our job is to ensure that trend isn't endless and that our managers are working to address those issues as they arise. We will continue to stay focused on this so others don't feel as you did.
