Pros

Mission statement. Pharmacy staff is the best.

Cons

Extremely poor administration with little support or respect for their physicians. Only one doc in administration and he has very little authority to change anything. Everyone else in admin has minimal medical background. Middle management has way too much authority and absolutely no experience. Doctors are generally not lead providers. Scheduling is terrible and receptionists are not trained and do not know what they're doing. Patients are not getting the care they deserve because of scheduling demands.

Flexible scheduling, excellent benefits, great pay, room to climb the ladder, providers and workers that are dedicated to CHAS mission and providing great patient care. There is a sense of community here.

Cons

It's community health, all the challenges that come with that.

There is a lot of freedom to pursue new ideas. They are respected in the community and you always feel like your work is making a difference.

Clinics are spread out so there can be some significant travel time.
