Cons

Unethical, immoral, and incompetent. I still haven't been able to decide if administration was either dishonest or simply incompetent. I'm not sure either is excusable.

Room to move around in the company if you put in enough time.

Cons

Management is clueless. They play favorites and if you have an opinion about anything keep it to yourself! They say they are open to ideas and input but in reality it's all a ploy. I've never worked for a company that is more degrading to their employees. Your in constant fear of loosing your job because someone on management doesn't like you. They are not supporting of staff and they will let lower level employees take all the blame. I would never recommend this company to anyone I care about.
