      Pay, Benefits, that is really it.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, no clear direction, no loyalty, frat like politics. Promote their buddies to fake roles that have no clear direction. NO JOB SECURITY. Every employee is on their 2nd or 3rd time working for them because they were fired once already. It’s sad. They managed the business so poorly that they needed to cut 200+ jobs in July. They are on their 3rd president in 2 years and they continue to hire and fire as fast as the pallets that come through their facilities.

      Great people to work with. Always helpful and accommodating.

      Cons

      Many recent changes are not in the workers benefit. New North America head is still a big DEI proponent.
