      Great business but a little lost

      Pros

      A great business that offers a very good working environment and rewards well. Lots of flexibility and pretty stress free.

      Cons

      Still stuck in the 90’s with their processes and ways of working. Pace is none existent and managers sweat at the thought of having to do something differently. The UK business needs a shake up with some new external faces that can lead them to new opportunities and steer them away from just being a commodity product that drives little value with customers.
