      Since the recent change in leadership (within the past year) with the new CEO and CFO, the culture has taken a drastic deep dive. They want to make you believe that the recent layoffs are not financially driven but the CFO is driving the organization. the CEO is allowing the CFO to drive the organization.

      The company is genuinely committed to employee well-being and places a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There’s a high level of flexibility, and employees are given the autonomy to manage their workload in a way that suits them. Internal development is a clear priority, with plenty of opportunities to grow and move within the business. Recognition is also a strong part of the culture—people’s contributions are regularly acknowledged and appreciated.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the business, change management can be a little slower. Implementing new ideas or ways of working often takes time, and the organisation isn’t as agile as some smaller or more fast-paced companies.

      If I could give 0 stars I would, for the terrible/lackluster leadership. CHEP used to be an incredible place to work and the culture now is close to being rock bottom. CHEP just laid off around 400-500 employees and it feels like everyone’s career is at risk since the new fiscal year .
