Pros

Decent pay, good opportunities for growth and advancement, and good people to work with used to be what made chep such a great place to work. It has gone downhill in the past year and will continue to do so.

Cons

Layoffs, complete lack of communication, fear among employees, and constant restructuring have now created an environment that does not promote employee wellness or achievement. Management refuses to answer questions around layoffs and restructuring, and now the employees who actually do the work are all on edge and fearful of what is next. Senior leadership seems unable to lead and answer basic questions.

Cons

Horrible leadership that has no clue what's its doing. They just laid off a good amount of people for no reason from all departments. I showed up to work one day just to find out a lot of my colleagues were let go out of the blue. Most of them top performers.
