work and personal life can be balanced very well, good exposure, can avail leaves, can learn new things, Competitive package
Cons
limited growth opportunities, not a process oriented company, everything people managed, decision making slow, wrong people posted in many posts, work pressure created due to inefficiency of many people in other departments and company wont take risk to fire them. All departments are interrelated and it becomes very tough to complete the work, because of inefficient people in loop. Lots of mess in many department, because of incapable persons.
