Flexible but reflect in Base pay. Call centre mentality. Management restrict you from using your own talent in fear of themselves looking bad.

Cons

Management has no vision, out for themselves. Once at a senior level in this company I. E band 3 you can get away with whatever you want.

Enormous knowledge could be attained in short period of time Fair work life balance for staff with kids Opportunity to shine due to low number of employees-but you have to constantly mention what you do.
