      Cutting edge technology that helps manage customer orders to make everyone's lives easier. Job shadowing and cross team collaboration is encouraged. Benefits include yearly bonus, 1:1 stock match, 4% 401K match, Medical HSA plan with Dental and Vision, an internal employee recognition platform to receive/send points redeemable for gift cards, and relocation packages worth a lump sum of $10,000 for applicants to move to Orlando. I like my current boss, who helps me develop my analytical skills while in a coordinator role and helps me see the bigger picture and collaborate with other teams using data.

      Cons

      Consistently working 8 hours a week during peak seasons like fall bake. Managers can be micromanaging and difficult to work with. During peak season when supply is tight and demand is surging, turf wars between teams regularly occur with each team blaming the other for issues, delaying solutions from being found.
