      Pros

      Excellent safety culture. Good staff benefits (pension, holidays, etc.). Loads of opportunities to improve things, nice people, sustainable business model. Supply Chain currently undergoing a transformation, so an interesting time to be in the business.

      Cons

      Complex company with a lot of central functions with different priorities which can be difficult to balance at site level with limited resources. Decision making and communication can be fragmented, and it's not always clear why certain initiatives are put in place. Projects are often implemented without a clear understanding of the impact on the sites. Ways of working across the business/different sites are fragmented, but this is improving.
