Pros

*Better PTO policy than most workplaces *Good coworkers *Remote Work (and a nice office in Midvale you can work at if you choose)

Cons

* Corporate politics and rampant toxic positivity. It can feel like performing for the culture matters more than anything else. There is a strong cultural expectation to stay upbeat and cheerful always. Frustration, burnout, or constructive criticism can be interpreted by leadership as negativity rather than feedback. *There appears to be a double standards. Directness or candid feedback from women may be viewed as “negative” or “not leadership material,” while similar behavior from men appears to be taken more seriously. *Stress and burnout are real concerns. Employees are encouraged to speak up when overwhelmed, but in practice that can be risky. Workload concerns may be met with conversations around emotional intelligence rather than meaningful support. When people reach a breaking point after prolonged stress, that response from your leader feels demoralizing instead of supportive. *You can spend years being told to grow, stretch, and prove readiness while leadership opportunities sometimes appear more accessible to outside hires. This creates the feeling that the bar for internal advancement or promotions is constantly moving. *Uncertainty about the future of the company/industry. Recent layoffs and tighter budgets are seen and are contributing to lower morale and concern about long-term direction.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for being so candid. The themes you've raised are ones I take seriously: the pressure to prioritize positivity over authenticity, concerns about double standards, the gap between what we say about growth and what employees actually experience, and the disconnect that can come when leadership visibility doesn't match the reality most people are living. If you're open to it, I'd genuinely welcome a direct, confidential conversation — not to defend or explain, but to listen and understand your experience more fully. You can reach out to me personally at any time. Your identity and anything you share will remain completely confidential. What you've shared matters, and I want to do something with it. — Jeff Freeman, EVP People & Culture

Pros

The people who work there are cool.

Cons

The pay stinks, its hard work and never ending 24/7. They say they put people first but they do not. It's basically a turd wrapped in a candy shell. The candy shell is their "culture" which they take pride in but don't actually do.

Pros

When I think back over my 7 years here so far, I feel so fortunate. This job has changed my life and given me so many incredible opportunities for development, growth, and also in surprising ways as well, including a life-long dream of going on a medical mission to Africa which I leave for this month. I love the gym, onsite health clinic, Wellness Pays program, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team, the Core Values this company actually lives by, no gender pay gap here, strong amazing women in Leadership here, and the PTO and money together to travel, which is also a lifelong dream of mine. This isn't a perfect company, but it's a pretty damn amazing one, the best I've ever worked for!

Cons

This job is not for everyone. They have a great training program, but it's a long learning process and ramp-up to build a book in most cases before the commissions are significant. You have to have long term vision. In training, they tell you to give it a year, but it really begins to be life changing around years 3-5 for most people. Candidates should be positive, forward thinking, goal-oriented, long -term vision types. There is great flexibility here for reps, but I do think it's hard to get everything done in 8 hours.
