Pros
It is difficult to call any possible pros "pros" given how bad the cons are. Anything good, such as the friends you make a long the way or the convenience of having a bit more of a flexible schedule gets shadowed by the constant bullying and belittling you feel in one shape or another almost daily.
Cons
There is constant abuse of power on the team. Some managers will ask you borderline creepy, inappropriate questions that you may not feel comfortable asking, but they are managers, so you feel as if you have to answer them. If you try to speak out on it, then be prepared for the retaliation. Anywhere from nitpicking the smallest of mistakes you do in order to make it look as if you are underperforming to the side comments they play off as jokes about you not being a team player or having a bad personality. None of it is nice or motivating.
