      Pros

      They have great benefits and wonderful leaders, their training programs are top notch and they are growing like crazy! They truly care about each employee with their main core value as Putting People First. It sounds cliche, but they actually live it. It's a great place to work!

      Cons

      Health Insurance is expensive, but they have an onsite clinic in the Salt Lake Office that we can use for free.

      Pros

      CHG is a great company to work for over all. Great benefits, fun atmosphere, great people.

      Cons

      Not a lot of movement, or opportunity for professional lateral growth. They talk a big game about how "growth and development" means getting better at the position you have already obtained. GREAT for lifers who have already met their career goals and are just looking for a great place to work 8-5...however if you are ambitious and hope to move up the corporate ladder this is a great place to gain experience, just anticipate having to look outside of CHG for your next career move.
