Pros

Helping doctors find their dream jobs is amazing. It is a special privilege when you build that sort of trust to be their expert advisor. The Clients were fantastic and hard positions to fill, but that is why they worked with us.

Cons

The upper management in Perm was absolutely ridiculous passive aggressive people who trusted rumors and hearsay over reality. The stress that is thrown at a consultant every day did not ever make the pay check worth it. The PERM department is focused on metrics and ratios, everything is about numbers and set up as a call center environment. The good managers they had in place were either asked to resign or step down to consultants. Very sad.

Pros

CHG has a great culture, and a majority of the employees are very friendly. They do a good job of teaching and living their core values. The benefits are excellent, and they do a lot of fun activities to make it a fun place to work.

Cons

Being a cultural fit is key to getting a job here, and no matter how skilled a person is; if they aren't a cultural fit, they aren't going to get hired.

Pros

Great place to facilitate personal and financial growth. They do care about each employee and try to make it known. This is a place where you could make well over 6 figures but you must have the right circumstances to devote yourself to it.

Cons

The position itself is stressful beyond compare. You are basically running your own business with a salary and minuscule commission for how much profit you make and if anything goes wrong in the deal by anyone in the company, at least 2 people suffer for it. You are very interdependent on people you work with and may not trust. The leafs are of poor quality so most marketing is by referrals from other physicians. You do take your work home with you, there is no such thing as a successful person having a 40 hour work week.
