Pros

Liberal context compared to other Korean conglomerates. There is no formal dress code. Call colleagues on first name basis with "nim" rather than calling job title. Creative work materials are provided. Generally had fun working for few months

Cons

Long work hours. The E&M center is located in Sang-am-dong which is quite far from city center. salary is not as competitive. Recruiting process include internship period which shows the company is still quite Korean culture based

The weekly game tests might be the best part of it, but since it's a chore that is mandated by HQ they manage to rob it of fun. To be honest they are all Cons

Cons

Extremely poor communication between HQ and branch offices No priority given to US team Extremely misleading interview No attempt at dealing with roadblocks Everything is controlled by the very hamfisted HQ team US office is simply here to validate opinions generated by HQ
