Excellent Health Benefits in today's health care environment. Great products and opportunities when management listens and acts on timely basis.

Cons

Ever changing poor strategic decisions, inconsistent management communication, political infighting between business units. Constant chaos. Low employee morale through out office.

Cons

Depending on how important your job is, they'll work you to the bone. Everyone tries to multitask and enforce these high standards with impossible deadlines. Low moral too.
