-not so long ago this was a company that truly strived to do better and do right by their employees. countless acquisitions since, nearly every bit of culture has been eroded by the ever constant desire for profitability and power jockeying.
-senior management is so WILDLY out of touch with what IS happening and what NEEDS to happen it is unbearable to work here.
-people are regularly promoted with zero cause (other than being friends with their promoter).
-HR repeatedly changes critical things like benefits, bonuses, vacation, etc. at the drop of a hat (i.e. in the last week of December with no notice)
-priorities constantly changing based on which Vice President/Director/Manager is shouting the loudest
-this company was once an example of how a profitable business could operate while providing social benefit (environmental). all of this has been lost and this company has turned into a corporate behemoth made up of 20 different companies/cultures/leadership teams that only care about their power.
