CLEAResult is a progressive company, continually searching for new ways to meet customer energy needs based on a changing business/political climate. The company aims to be a "preferred employer", so they often communicate with employees about their level of satisfaction in all areas of employment.

Cons

As CLEAResult continues to grow at a rapid pace, there have been and will most likely continue to be "fumbles" in communication/employee management. However, new CEO and Executive Management Team are in tune with company goals and values, and work hard to make changes in company policies as seamless as possible.
