Business Outlook

Pros

The energy efficiency industry is a rapidly evolving situation. CLEAResult is on the cutting edge. My manager respects me. I am given tasks and then trusted to do them. I get things done and my hard work is recognized. My position has evolved since first being hired and I like my job.

Cons

I mostly work from home. That can be isolating. This isn't specific to CLEAResult. Just, generally speaking, working from home is isolating. As such, it can be difficult to feel a strong connection to my employer and team. Again, this is not specific to CLEAResult. That said, I do enjoy the flexibility of working from home. And I love my morning commute!
