      Progressive company with a very inclusive culture with high expectations for performance

      Cons

      In my opinion, there are no cons at this time. There has been some layoffs lately due to acquisitions and a bit of a scramble to meet financial commitments.

      Pros

      The people who work "in the trenches" here are hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable, team oriented. The company's primary business focus is on saving energy by helping people obtain low cost energy efficient light bulbs, lighting fixtures, appliances, etc.

      Cons

      Growth has created unsteadiness, lack of cohesion. Layoffs are sudden and unexpected, becoming more frequent, employees are on pins and needles wondering who is next. Company is more focused on obtaining new companies and making a profit than on the people who actually do the work and make them the money.

      The best reasons to work at Clearesult: - Make your own schedule - Go as far as you can - Flexible company - Good Benefits - Manager isnt " Over your shoulder"

      Cons

      Downsides of woking a Clearesult - Work can cease anytime, with or without warning, ( Layoff ) - Office environment seems like one to avoid ( negative environment ) - Poor communication
