      Pros

      Opportunity to work with sophisticated clients, coworkers, technology. it's a great stepping stone to a more productive and sophisticated work environment.

      Cons

      HR dept is in shambles and has been for years; so much drama within departments, poor communication between management and staff, low salaries compared to industry.

      Pros

      There is a great deal of opportunity for movement within the company upward or lateral. The pay can be good depending on the position. There is always lots of great work to be done.

      Cons

      This is hard to define, but with acquisitions happening all the time it can be a little messy. HR does an ok job, but has made the culture feel a little sterile. Benefits are not very good.

      Plenty of work to do and problems to solve

      No career path, focus lately on buying market share rather than improving business processes, business teams continue to move from crisis to crisis, integration of new acquisitions are not really well thought out, now a 24/7 operation yet staffing isn't adequate, preference to hire contractors means no organizational knowledge
