      Interesting work. The company helps individuals and businesses use less energy. At the end of the day, you can feel good about your work.

      Cons

      The company is in constant change. They are growing and acquiring companies all the time. It feels impersonal.

      Pros

      CLEAResult is a great emerging energy efficiency company. It has gone to bootstrap startup to a major player in the industry, let by some great people. I enjoyed the work life balance, the opportunities and flexibility in a growing company. Excellent people to work with, plenty of collaboration across teams. Solid benefits when I was there.

      Cons

      Growing pains - the company seems to be motivated by exponential growth, acquisitions and continual positive performance from a venture capitalist firm who has a significant stake in the company.
