      Cons

      Company does not care about employees, only care about maximising the amount of hours you work and exploiting their employees for maximum profit. Terrible managers, terrible culture, terrible experience.

      It can get stressful when there are deadlines and goals to achieve. Our work solving energy challenges isn't easy. I'm sorry CLEAResult wasn't a good fit for you. Thanks for sharing your experience.

      Nothing was good about this company.

      Extremely non-challenging work for an Engineer. All levels of management are very poor (there is no support from anyone and no one who takes responsibility for anything). There are no opportunities for growth and development. The company does not invest in their employees at all, especially with regards to training. There is a lot of favoritism. The pay and vacation time are terrible. The work environment is very negative and toxic. It’s no wonder that this company has a very high turnover rate. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
