      Pros

      Young and energetic team. Hardworking and smart individuals who want to always prove themselves.

      Cons

      Management does not have proper plan on growth of employees. Employee retainment is very low. No recognition for people who actually complete the work or progress in their field, and lot of favouritism.

      Pros

      Downtown location gives you access to lots of other places Lots of interns so would be great for intership

      Cons

      Ambiguity and constantly changing management. Mergers causing serious pains. Time tracking and micromanagement is a no no especially for higher level staff. Layoffs and high turn over constantly can be demoralising Young interns hired and to make up for understaffed regional office
