The company is growing so fast that they are not communicating well broad sweeping changes. The hand-off for new programs is poorly executed

Pros

Great learning environment, amply opportunity for driven, focused professionals. Foosball, free drinks, great office location. Management was hands off for the most part.

Cons

As with most fast growing companies many mistakes are made at the management level that cause additional work. Upper management changes policy with seemingly little thought to how these policy changes will be received.
