      Endless opportunities to gain experience and exposure to new things. Innovative company. Higher degree of autonomy

      Poor communication from management, expectations are extremely high while training and equipping low.

      It's a company that's growing quickly, so there's a lot of opportunity to work on different things or transfer to other cities. Overall, it provides a great team-oriented, goal-driven atmosphere.

      Cons

      Still functions like a startup in a lot of ways, so trying to get better organized internally. That isn't necessarily a con though - just a reality of a fast-growing company.
