Okay, but serious issues that need to be addressed

Pros

Internal teams are good, most in-office staff are enjoyable to work with and there's some very smart people here. Salary and benefits are okay, not great. The newer national focus means there's interesting contracts to work on.

Cons

Company has grown faster than they know what to do with the companies they've acquired. Past relationships and teams that were highly motivated and functional were dismantled in favor of some new "functional model". Upper management doesn't seem to care about if workload is too much as long as billable hours are there. Seems to be a company focus on quantity over quality and it shows. Infrastructure as far as IT goes is atrocious, worst place I've ever worked for in that regard. A lot of employees turnover this year.

Steamroller of opportunity

Pros

The company is growing very quickly and looks like it will be an industry leader one day. With all that growth there is a lot of opportunity.

Cons

The political antics are toxic and negative. The people at the top care nothing about the employees that are on the ground doing all the work.

Pros

The best reason to want to work at any of these locations throughout he he country would be to gain experience to the world of energy efficiency upgrades from commercial to residential, since it is one of the fastest growing fields with some of the highest demands for employment.

Cons

The cons of the work place is the extreme lack of corporate direction and leadership. Amongst the company there is a lot of secretiveness and back door deals that are delt. Due to the lack of corporate knowledge about programs and contract areas it results in unnecessary overtime spent by branch employees with little to no recognition from upper management which results in a depleted employee moral.
