Loosely Organized, but Not Awful

Open, accepting culture. Flexible schedule.

Cons

You never really know what's going on around you until it's too late. I wish it had only happened once and only just to me, but it's a recurring theme. Management is the least transparent of any organization I've ever worked with, they're actually professionals at deception. It's kinda scary. Below average pay, at least for me. In the 20th percentile according to Payscale.. They have to realize you can't retain talent with low salaries.

Pros

Large company with great health insurance

Cons

Rapid change in management with very inconsistent messaging and blurred lines of responsibility make it very hard to work efficiently.

Pros

The company has been growing very fast (maybe too fast?), friendly staff and supportive management

Cons

The HR department was not professional. The company laid off very bright and experienced employees but they kept on acquiring new companies.
