Free movies I guess whenever you aren’t working like your full time doing overtime That’s about it

Cons

No life/work balance. I worked 80 plus a hours per week and I was part-time. A lot of favoritism, doesn’t matter if you worked hard or not. The pay was absolute garbage for the work you are doing which was running food, drinks, concessions as well as cleaning. Also Breaks don’t exist while you are working

Enjoying Movie releases when they first come out.

Cons

Work-Life Balance is non existent. Health insurance is awful, but is pitched like it isn’t, poor contracting choices lead managers needing to fix things themselves, unrealistic labor standards, extremely poor growth opportunity.
