Intresting work. working in multiple technologies help employees learn new things. Work from home opportunities.

Cons

Micro managing culture coming from higher management. Lack of trust in employees. No appreciation for the hard work employees put in and also no satisfactory salary compensation.

Compensation is reviewed annually and if there are concerns regarding this matter then they should be brought to the attention of HR. As mentioned by our CEO at our company-wide meeting, flexibility in how you do your work is important to us. We also do provide different avenues for appreciation such as our internal praise board (Kudos Club), our Outstanding Contribution Awards, MBO bonuses, and more. We want all of our staff members to feel appreciated as every single person is important to CMiC!

Thank you for your review. Thursdays are the busiest days in office so that is why we provide the free breakfast and lunch on that day as opposed to other days of the week. We hope you are enjoying the lunch selections! On Tuesdays there are sometimes pizza lunch for those groups who do come in for meetings.
