Pros

- Nice office location - Good colleagues, most of them work hard - Good product

Cons

- I have to agree with most of what the previous poster says - Pay: mediocre at best, can get by if you are single - Benefits: non-existent, no 401k match, very expensive mediocre health insurance, no bonus (you get a $50 “bonus” around Christmas) - Employee development: non-existent, no human resources department, performance review is a joke, pay rise if any depends on whether the CEO is having a good day or not - Work timing: All hell breaks loose if you show up 5 minutes beyond your scheduled time for no good reason. However, no appreciation when you stay late and contribute

Stay away if you can, there are much better places around.

Pros

Good people. Most of them trying to leave, those who don't, can't, mostly due to visa concerns (they hire a lot of foreigners. In my opinion: "You give me visa, I work for less"

Cons

Despotism to begin with. The owner and CEO behaves like a scrooge. The salaries are considerably below the industry, and they pay much less than the competition. People that work in sales do the numbers and noticed they could pay much better, perhaps that is why their retention was so low. Forget about benefits, theirs are awful, when they hire they try to point "perks": free drinks. Expect to travel, both sales and applications, and expect to do both jobs. Unprofessional, as in another posting. Bad ethics towards customer - I have seen things I'd rather not mention. Despite their product being decent, I would not buy it. It is overpriced and there are some limitations they don't tell the customer. Well, the customer does not understand the limitations in most cases anyways. No training, no growth perspective. Like jail:most people doing their time so they can go somewhere else once the opportunity arises. Locations in expensive urban areas: low salaries + no benefits + high cost of living...not a good deal. Despite a few good managers, most are awful. Happy I left! It was not hard to find 2x the pay elsewhere.

Pros

Great colleagues Very smart and talented staff at all levels Catered Lunch Fridays Free Coffee, Juice, Sparkling Water, Etc Room to move/grow. No taking work home with you. Good work / life balance. No cubes (1 or 2 person offices) Interesting work and product

Cons

No telecommuting. Must be in the office, even in inclement weather Benefits could be a little better (No 2 person option for health insurance, only single or family) Compensation is less than Boston based companies
