-Contracting process takes lots of time.

Oh boy. Thank goodness there's no word max in this box. This place is incredibly unprofessional. The small company size lets it stay personal, but removes any semblance of a proper work atmosphere. Upper management is clueless about what is fair compensation and will require you to work overtime without getting paid for it. Middle management is promoted based on favoritism and not skill and as a result can't do their jobs correctly. Don't be surprised if your manager is caught talking about you behind your back to your fellow peers, the utter disrespect and lack of teamwork is very apparent. The compensation is also a huge con. They hire people out of college so they can start them low then give them pennies for years until they grow enough to realize they're being scammed and leave to make real money. In my opinion, this place is the essence of whats wrong with greedy corporate America! Do your research before accepting an offer from a place like this, I wish I had!
