Above average pay for the medical device field. Not a lot of red-tape to cut through to get things done. Great co-workers.

Cons

Not a great deal of upward mobility.

You can take a day off without a problem

Cons

The management there is not open to new ideas and don't listen to any advices. They can ask you to leave the company , just because you didn't say hello or goodbye or just because you looked somebody in a strange way. Instead of working they form different groups, share intrigues and gossips and if you are outsider then you will have to leave. They don’t feel like if you have more knowledge or fresh ideas, you will succeed , they feel like the emotions are the first and the main thing that will lead you to be successful within the company.

Pros

The people are really nice, there is a lot of diversity in the different cultures of the staff living there. If you are a full-time employee there are some benefits and overtime opportunities.

Cons

Repetitive actions, motions, fast-paced machine-based work. Not always fun to be a machine operator or even a material handler. It can be quite rushed and stressful as the schedule must be met.
