      Pros

      Paycheck always cleared which is nice. Decent benefits as well.

      Cons

      I am a pretty positive person but it was hard to come to work at C.O.P.S . The management style is old school and very punitive. The pay for this area is way too low.

      Ok pay, just went up but not enough for this area. Some decent workers

      Cons

      Some bad managers, bad schedule that requires working weekends and holidays. Stressful and non stop.

      Pros

      I started with cops a few months ago and I really like it here so far. I had never worked in a call center type job before so I was a little apprehensive but its actually a good company to work for. I was so excited they raised all of our pay a few weeks ago and we're starting at 12 and can make 14 in a year or so depending on how we do on our evals. It makes life so much easier for me and I'm sure others feel the same. Oh the benefits here are great too!! I didn't receive any med or dental insurance at my previous jobs so I was pleasantly surprised by how good the coverage is here and that they pay for alot of the cost of them. The company is really hands on with training and their approach with management so its kinda easy to move through the levels and have questions answered. I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon

      Cons

      Points can be kinda strict if you call out or are late alot but its to be expected since you're dealing with potential serious emergency calls.
