Harder and harder to come into work.

Pros

I really do enjoy what I do. I have been with this company a little more than 4 years and feel like I have made differences in people’s lives. I have also gained many friendships with my co-workers. It is a great place to work if you want to help people.

Cons

Everyday I feel something is going to change. Policies and procedures are constantly changing which do not need to be. I work very hard to move up in the company, however it is challenging because it is becoming more like who you know and not what you know to move up. I do not feel appreciated as I did when I first started. It’s not fun coming to work anymore. I would also like to mention employees in certain departments are not held to the same standard as others.

Pros

As soon as I started I was welcomed like family. They treat you how they'd like to be treated, with respect and enthusiasm. The managers all love their job and you can tell by the way they hold themselves and turn the whole work environment positive. The Chairman's Awards are a great way to keep employees happy to make a difference in our job. I am happy to be a part of COPS Monitoring.

Cons

Some of the subscribers can be pretty mean but just look at it as a challenge to turn a frown upside down

Pros

The management team really cares about their employees they offer a lot of perks and a friendly setting from the start. They are able to accommodate and work with you based on your needs whether it be a change in schedule or additional time for training, they are always there for you. All around a great place to work with a lot of opportunity for growth.

Cons

The commute from work to home ended up being too much.
