Pros

There are never really and pros you bring home $24.960 a year before taxes. $12 an hour.

Cons

Imagine watching a show and a character is in jail and there is a scene where they are sitting across from each other and the guard standing against the wall watching and listening to everything that is done and being said. Cops Monitoring is exactly like that. Cops Monitoring has what they call floorwalkers and consistently walk the floor to make sure everyone is in check. You would think their agenda was to be there to answer any questions. Not the case at Cops Monitoring. These floorwalkers without knowing will quietly position themselves behind you to make sure you are on the phone every second you are scheduled to work. Everything you do that is not good (you would think it would be something you are doing positive for the company) the floorwalkers are ordered to document on their clipboard and create a report at the end of the day of who did what wrong. At Cops Montitoring you are given the option to work a 7.5 shift or 9.5 shift. During your shift you are given either a 37 or 30-minute lunch. You are not given any 15-minute breaks. So, you can work hours before you go to lunch. At Cops Monitoring there are extensive wait times to go to the bathroom. I remember sitting next to a dispatcher who just completed her training and she had her head down and her face looked like she was in pain. I asked her what was wrong and are you okay she said I have to go to the bathroom. These bathroom waits are so long due to the amount of time you are on the phone until your lunch. Example: if you work a 9.5 shift you will have to wait 5 hours for your lunch and wait an unacceptable amount of time if you need to go to the bathroom. If you just get up and go then the floorwalkers will document this on their clipboard.

Pros

Some of these reviews really bother me for the fact that there are a lot of lies. This company is very flexible. The pay is pretty good. If you like helping people and customer service this is a good job for you. I love the ppl that I work with. The managers are awesome. If you have any problems the managers are quick to fix them. We are like a family. We all like to help each other out not just our customers. I’m gonna be honest and say the customers can be mean especially when they are mad, but as a team when someone has a mean call we support each other and are there for each other. We do have a lot of super nice customers though and they make it all worth it! I don’t see myself leaving the cops going anytime soon. I really enjoy going to work.

Cons

Every company has some improvements that can be done but I really don’t have anything bad to say. I’m happy that when we have an issue it’s easy to talk to managers and they fix it.

Pros

Steady job but the low pay isnt worth the stress. The office is nice and there are some good people here.

Cons

Low pay- less than fast food workers Micromanaged to the extreme- Managers and supervisors assert their authority regularly but do not hold themselves to the same standards.
