COPS Monitoring reviews

My first tenure with COPS Monitoring was between 2015-2017. I told myself I would do it all over again, and I did! I returned to the company in 2018 as a Dispatcher and worked my way into a Shift Manager position and then to my current role as Assistant Site Manager. In each of these positions, I truly enjoyed what I did and what I am doing now. One of the many other reasons I love working at COPS is that it's a company that returns a lot to its employees. From bi-annual trips when you reach our highest level of dispatcher, awards, and holiday parties, there are a lot of benefits of being an employee here. Even throughout the COVID pandemic, we were lucky to hire new people, keep our benefits, and bring home a steady weekly paycheck. COPS is also a company where management is invested in their employees' growth and promote within. Like with any other job, the success you have depends upon the amount of effort you put into it. So, my advice would be to hang in there, and the job may be intimidating at first, especially if it's something you've never done, but it's worth it.
