Pros

Having sick time is cool. Its a boring job but can keep you busy. If you're cool with a desk job on the phone all day, this is for you. Overtime is available almost 24/7.

Cons

Very boring Cannot live off of the pay here unless you work 60+hours weekly Annoying or rude customers Representing some shady alarm companies
