Job itself is easy, co workers are wonderful, good pay, nice benefit package, and if you're in tight with the management you'll do fine.

Cons

Constantly changing rules with little to no notice, management plays favorites, expect wonderful customer service but have little empathy for employees, sometimes inappropriate behavior from managers.

Pros

COPS is very much a company that promotes from within. They believe in a team atmosphere and have great perks. They give back to the employees that give their all to them. This can be a career if you put your all into it, in fact there are alot of really long term employees. A great training program so once you get off training you really know what is expected and the customers are taken care of 100%. Excellent benefit package as well.

Cons

Because of the type of work that we do there is a really strict attendance policy in effect. If you have a true emergency this can hinder you big time on evaluations and even keeping your job. Life isn't always perfect so there are times that you can not help things. There is a difference between someone calling out all the time and someone who doesn't ever call out and BAM life happens and you have to take a few days off.
