Incredible advancement opportunities and amazing benefits!

Promotes from within, great health benefits, extravagant holiday parities, quarterly trips, remarkable yearly retreats for management, 401K match, paid vacations, bonuses... and more! I personally started as a dispatcher, as did many other employees on the management level. COPS is able to recognize great qualities, hard work and dedication.

Cons

If you are not able to get to work on time or on a regular basis you will not be employed with this company for long.

Pros

COPS is very much a company that promotes from within. They believe in a team atmosphere and have great perks. They give back to the employees that give their all to them. This can be a career if you put your all into it, in fact there are alot of really long term employees. A great training program so once you get off training you really know what is expected and the customers are taken care of 100%. Excellent benefit package as well.

Cons

Because of the type of work that we do there is a really strict attendance policy in effect. If you have a true emergency this can hinder you big time on evaluations and even keeping your job. Life isn't always perfect so there are times that you can not help things. There is a difference between someone calling out all the time and someone who doesn't ever call out and BAM life happens and you have to take a few days off.

Pros

The only pro for working for this company would be the Christmas party at the end of the year.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional. Leads are childish and inappropriate. You're led to believe you will "do great things if you can accomplish all of this" they promote you for the more you learn but your pay will always stay the same. You go in making $10, you leave making $10. They don't care if you're sick, have a death in the family, all they want is you working.
