High turnover, unforgiving attendance policies, abusive subscribers, rotating schedule, no real regard for employees' needs

Amazing staff, clean facility, fun environment, always busy days, always overtime when needed

Cons

The hourly pay can be a few dollars more being that we do work with some serious situations that may be life threatening

Decent salary for an entry level job

Cons

There is no communication between management and employees on procedure changes. Also the company does not take into account of how taxing the actual job is. More often than not I have had conversations with management about it and their responses were something to the extent of "well we give you guys PTO you can use as you please" which is not the case because the system in place for PTO is designed for it to be as inconvenient as possible.
