Pros

Potential world-changing mission with tremendous upside. Industry-leading clients. Smart, dedicated people, including recognized subject matter experts. Challenging work that will make a difference in people's lives. These qualities, plus the employees that I spoke with during my interviews, prompted me to join Cota. As an employee, I can feel that the organization is really positioning itself to turn its mission into a reality. I'm glad to have joined when I did, and to be a part of the team that will help deliver on this mission.

Cons

No cons to speak of.

Cons

Cota is still in a transitional period [could be a pro] Moving from old to new data models is a slow moving ship We're understaffed in our department

On a High-Growth Trajectory

Pros

Coworkers are highly committed to the work they do and the success of the organization. We've had a lot of growth and maturity over the past year - technologically and organizationally. We are at the stage where we are starting to establish more structured norms to organize what was previously more chaotic. There's also a top-down effort to organize and promote diversity and inclusion.

Cons

It can be complex to work cross-functionally as there are many moving pieces, complex technologies, and fast-expanding departments. You have to be a self-starter to be successful and effective.
