      They pay you a small salary to learn how to sell insurance. The home office employees are great and helpful

      Cons

      If you are not part of the old boys club you will not succeed. They will encourage you to quite. Your clients will then go to fatten up career representatives

      Health insurance benefits; an initial small base salary; laptop provided; office space provided first two years; the support staff in corporate office are very nice

      Unrealistic sales goals; very high turnover; zero diversification in executive management team; small town corporate office with small town mindset; really, really bad food during training in Bloomington IL, 10-14 hour days during training coupled with intimidation techniques with constant threats of termination; their whole sales strategy is to sell to married people to protect the inept and highly incapable stay at home Mom
