Offered a computer, an office, and use of office secretary. Paid a base salary. Offered a co-op on leads that you bought, mostly 50%. Paid for training and all travel expense with that travel.
Cons
Small commissions, Reduced base if missed production goals. Incompetent managers. refusal to advertise as a company in the local market. "Good old boys" club atmosphere. The highest prices on Auto and Home in the area. Only interested in clientele that has perfect credit.
