      there are no good reasons to work their.

      They don' tell you all the rules of delivering Walmart products when you can not back up to the Walmart dock. Had to back into a dock with less than 83 feet which they tell you in school is a must. I backed around huge pile of snow that was as tall as the truck and half as long and it was frozen. I cracked the the plastic front bumper and it was the third strike and your out. Come to find out I could of refused to deliver. Didn't that till I came back and told my safety manager. This company is looking for people who are not honest about telling them when they do something wrong. Very quick to disqualify you. Discussed in Cheyenne WY.

      Pros

      Newer trucks to operate, nice physicality for drivers. The trucks have cruise control tilt and telescopic steering, air ride cabs and trailers and all of what the newer trucks have.

      Cons

      To much paper work for new drivers, trainers need to focus on training the student other then the paper work and quizzes. Teach the new students how to drive and live out there, the hell with the other crap.

      seen the country learned alot bout trucks, but cr england is just not a good company, and i had 7000 left in my maintenance acct. they found away to keep it and charged me a extra 2000 so they kept my last check....no way I had 9000 worth of repairs on that truck ripd off

      Cons

      never got me home, ripd me off 9000 when i turned in the truck, told me to drive over weight when i told them my truck was over weight, they provided me with back streets to bypass scales, i could go on and on, but i wont waste any more of my time
