      Pros

      Salary was above board for this type of work. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Hours were long (12 hrs/day) usually with no time to eat a meal. Work is intense and sometimes stressful. Being stuck on the night shift was difficult for my family and I. Driver turnover rate was VERY high. New drivers in and out every week.

      Great beginning for student drivers

      Pros

      Can learn a lot from the instructors there, and you can lease their trucks and most of them are all up to date trucks.

      Cons

      Don't expect home time for at least 90 days, and be prepared to go to school 7 days a week, and deal with whatever outside conditions there are.
