Work-life balance is well maintained – manageable workloads and flexibility when needed. Company policies have evolved positively over time, showing that leadership listens and adapts. The Security Engineering team has seen remarkable improvement under the new Manager – more structure, better support, and a clear direction

Nothing major to note. No workplace is perfect, but overall, it's been a positive journey.

Great culture and seems like everyone here is pretty motivated to do good work. Good pay as well.

Cons

The benefits could be a little better, Healthcare is more expensive than others but that's it.
