Pros

CRO and VPs excel at meaningless corporate buzzwords.

Cons

It’s clear that sales management has never worked or managed deals the size this company does and they aren’t shy about having a temper tantrum because they do not understand enterprise sales. Sales management are dashboard jockies, which in an organization with 60+ sales reps is ok but the team is too small for that which leads them to be unable to collaborate or guide sales reps to success. This leads them to be nasty to reps. If you are a high performing enterprise sales rep and interested in taking the next steps in your career, consider a different company with more mature and experienced sales leadership.
